I do not see my client on the list of me referrals in my Personal area. What is wrong?

The client might not have followed your referral link. In this case, your clients needs to forward a personal request to support@fbs.com with the following information: • client's full name, • client's account number, • his/her code word, • your IB account number, • your full name (or the name of your partner group). Please, be reminded that a client can be added to a partner group within 10 days after registration at FBS.
